UPDATE- 9 AM FEB. 14

Classes have been canceled until 5 p.m. which means another day off. It is one that is needed. I couldn't have imagined having only a half day with it being so terrible out there. It's pretty comforting to see my car buried in snow, who knows when I'll get it out and how it will happen. It may take the whole day, or maybe even a week. The snow plows in the complex are not helping as they are just creating a bigger wall behind them. Oh well, it has been an experience. I got an e-mail from the editor in chief (who also personall thanked me for my work) and here's an excerpt from what it said:
"A very special thank you the staff members who spent their entire day (or at least a good chunk of it) nestled away in the newsroom or running with the madness that was (still is) the great outdoors. I'm tremendously proud of every one of you."

Madness is right. Couldn't have said it better.
